Barry C. LaBoda joined Culbertson Law Group after retiring as a federal administrative law judge. He presided over disability cases while serving for thirteen years with the Social Security Administration. He also served for two years with the Office of Medicare Hearings and Appeals. He previously practiced law in Orlando for twenty-five years, representing disabled people in social security disability cases. He has testified as an expert witness on social security matters in circuit court and workers’ compensation court. He was the first chairperson of the Social Security Committee of the Orange County Bar Association. Mr. LaBoda is a graduate of Columbia College and Boston University School of Law. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1979. He currently serves on the Federal Bar Association, Social Security Law Section National Board.
