Marianne Hoke had her first opportunity to advocate for individuals with disabilities while serving as a legal intern and student director at the Notre Dame Legal Aid Clinic. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Notre Dame Law School in 1992 and was admitted to the Florida Bar the same year. With three decades of legal experience, Ms. Hoke has practiced in both private firms and in public interest law. From 2011 until 2024, she owned and managed a Social Security Disability law firm, representing hundreds of adult and child Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income claimants at the initial, reconsideration, hearing, and Appeals Council levels. In 2024, Ms. Hoke joined Culbertson, Jacobs & LaBoda, PLLC, to continue her passion of advocating for clients who are navigating the complex disability process. Outside of her professional work, Ms. Hoke enjoys art, travel, and spending time with her fun-loving and supportive family.
